ok trust me i know loosing wieght isnt easy. but i keeps witching diets. when something doesnt work i switch and i wanna stick to something that will help to lose alot lyke 30 or more my end of august. what do u suggest?Low carb (not as strict as atkins)?. Count calories? something else?plus exercisze obviously! HELP PLEASE!

NOBODY GET MAD, but I don't think low carb is very healthy. Try weight watchers, my mom has been very successful on it!

Hey annna. I think just eating a couple fruits a day, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and like doing crunches and walking for 10 minutes everyday you will do fine. It helps me lose 5 pounds every two weeks.
