its hard for me too lose weight because i have horrible cravings! but anyway... does anyone use PALATIES? (spelled wrong) does it work?

you have to do some sort of cardio exersize when doing pilates- it doesn't burn many calories- it just tones and stretches. i didn't like it because i couldn't feel it working because i'm already pretty strong and flexible. that's why i like taebo- i can really feel it working...but pilates will help with your toning and flexibility i'm sure...
