ok help! there are so many diets out there. i wanna know what should i completely stay away from to sucessfully lose weight. im 220,5'6". How many cals should i eat a day. just tell me what i should do. does anyone have any inspiration 4 me??? i NEED to lose at least 30lbs by august for myself and my health.

stay clear of all DIETS. trust me theyre no good especially the fad ones. the only was to do it is a lifestyle change that u can keep up for the rest of ur life. that's why I joined weightwatchers. its not like a diet. it helps u learn to watch ur portions size as calories and fat content and encourages u to be more active whilst not forbidding any food groups....its fantastic and something I will be doing for the rest of my life...........good luck xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I would say 1200 would be better...didn't Anne say she eats that many? And she's lost like 30 pounds already. *Ray*Ray*
