Well.. ive decided after today im done for the summer.. i have a really low self estem.. and im taking depessed pills csaue im so blah.. so i weight like 150-155 and i want to lose 25 pounds fast i know i cant so starting tomrow im getting up and running3 miles and doing crunches.. and than eathng cabbage soupd and veeges and like tahts it. my mom says i cant do it if i relly stick with it.. anyone elser thing so

you need to eat some protien- everyone loses muscle weight when they're losing weight but you'll be losing more of it without any protien in there!

sorry to sound harsh but that's a stupid idea... over exercising and and undereating may make u lose weight initially but u cant keep it up forever and once u stop u will gain back all ur weight plus more...it may take longer but the best way is healthy eating and moderate exercise

u aren't overly overweight. losing 25 pounds is really unhealthy and u will just gain it back...eat well balanced meals but smaller portions and don't eat junk food
