Hey guys! this summer i am in alot of sport activities which should help me get somewhat in shape, but i can't seem to diet! i know you guys will probably say...eat right, and healthy but i can't help it i never feel full, and i eat like all the time! does n e 1 have any advice for me? it would be greatly appreciated! thank you!

well- ever since i've been on atkins i haven't felt hungry all the time and haven't craved so many things. but if you don't want to diet that restrictive, i'd say just eat less and give your food time to settle into your stomach(takes15-20 min) before eating more. stay away from carbs on an empty stomach even if you're not watching how many you eat because they'll make you crave more, instead- eat something healthy and then if you still need to eat a small bit of something unhealthy. good luck and don't forget water!

Something i try to do is not put anything into my mouth until i hear my stomach growl. So many times i find myself eating because im bored and if i wait for my body to tell me im hungry i know that i wont just be eating...im eating because my body is telling me i need to

I feel the same way. I am always hungry and today I had A LOT of junk food.
