You guys, just because you messed up your diet for one day doesn't mean you have to beat yourself out! I just came home from eating out with friends...it's 11:30pm and it's bad to eat so late. AND I had a full order of lasagna and a chocolate explosion cheesecake. Anyway, I don't feel like killing myself just because I ate all that...and you shouldn't either. Just tell yourself you'll do well tomorrow!

Hey Cassie you know what's interesting? I found that when I forget about a diet, somehow I don't eat as much. There isn't the cram-it-all-in-cuz-it's-the-last-good-food-you'll-eat craze.

Usually when i cheat instead of saying im a failure and giving up i make myself do something more than my usual exercise. An extra 10-15 minutes on the treadmill wont make up for what i ate..but it makes me feel better and work harder to not cheat next time.

I totally agree, monday and tuesday me, my sister, and 3 of my friends (who are all totally skinnier than me) had a sleepover and went out and did fun stuff like bowling and the cinema and I said to myself that on those two days I would forget about the diet and have fun and I did, and I don't regret it and now I'm just going to get back on the diet because I weighed myself today and instead of putting on weight as I expected I would I had lost half a pound! So don't worry if you slip. And enjoy yourself.
