ATKINS PEOPLE- i went to the website and I dont really understand this. Anyone who is on this leave a reply and we can talk or please leave a sample of what you eat on this/ if it works for weight loss and how much have you lost in how much time/ and explain it to me please...thanks

i eat eggs usually in the morning, scrambled or hard boiled. for lunch i order a sandwich but i take off the bread and eat the lettuce, meat, and mayo kinda like a salad except better then the salad bar. for dinner like yesterday i ate a serving of clams and half an avacado. for snacks i really like these bars called morning start because they help me get more fiber and have low net carbs. i also like boiled eggs with mustard for a snack or deviled eggs, and i make sure i eat a couple of cups of sliced veggies a day. hope i helped. oh! and when i need something sweet i either have a bit of low-sugar peanut butter(not like skippy unless you're getting the carb options), 2 tbsp of coolwhip or peperment tea with splenda. hope i helped!

Well, there are phases. THe first phase is induction, where you keep your carbs under 20g a day. THen the other phases are where you slowly add 5g a week until you get to your goal.
I did it, lost 8lbs in a month...stopped for 1 week, gained 10lbs back. So if you do it, you'd have to keep it UP! Your metabolism changes after the Atkins diet...you won't be able to burn processed carbs (like cookies and cake) properly.
