I need alot of advice, i need to find a good diet and excercise plan soo i can loose around 5 pounds a week or more. I weight 130 and my goal is to get down to 120. I excercise at least an hour a day by running and doing taeboe and pilates to. I havent lost any weight at all and ive been doing this for about 2months now. Do you have any advice?Thanks =)

I know, u could not eat any food for a whole month and walk the whole 30 days nonstop!!!!!!

go on a strict diet like no sweets or inbetween snacks. also walking is very good for you. i run at night which is also good for you and ive lose 5 lbs already so it works!
