this has nuttin to do w/ weight watching, but can u 8th/9th graders help me. what do u need to kno in those grades. tryin to be salutorian. im already there(im in 7th) but tryin to do better n e way. thanx a lot-jene4

I'm in eighth grade and I don't really get teased much about my weight. The thing you really need to think about most is your grades in school. with summer comming really soon you can workout and have fun at the same time set a small goal and once you reach that goal set one a little larger. To keep healthy durring the school year do sports you enjoy doing and do your best in your physical education class. Hope you have a great year next year and remember to be confident .

Hey,i'm anisha. Best way to lose weight fast and get leaner is to join your self in activities such as tennis or swimming.You'll have fun, not think about food and lose tons of weight!Try not eat junk food!Eat it like once a week. Drink atleast 8 mugs of water a day. Oh Yeah you want to do your outside activity about 2-3 times a week,on the other days walk for an hour,jog 30 min.or runfor 20 min.,rest on one of the week,try not to eat any junk food on that day.Good Luck! By the way I weigh 110 ,it's the highest i have ever been because i try to live healthy.P.S.Do everythin toget exercise(climing stairs instead of elevator)and do this for atleast 3-4weeks and you will see the pounds melting off.Keep doing this and you will be quite slim! bye and good luck.:->
