hey, im around 5 9 or so and i weigh close to 200 pouds. i wear a size 14 jeans so im not extremly big but i want to look good for a mission trip im going on for colorado...well i guesss its more like a camp. i dont care if i dont lose weight...but i want to trim down. i run 2 miles every other day...i play soccer, and since its summer i goof off in the pool alot...does anyone know of any diet plans i can follow to start losing inches in a week...please help...my email is imallforyou222@yahoo.comthanks

Hey,i'm anisha. Best way to lose weight fast and get leaner is to join your self in activities such as tennis or swimming.You'll have fun, not think about food and lose tons of weight!Try not eat junk food!Eat it like once a week. Drink atleast 8 mugs of water a day. Oh Yeah you want to do your outside activity about 2-3 times a week,on the other days walk for an hour,jog 30 min.or runfor 20 min.,rest on one of the week,try not to eat any junk food on that day.Good Luck! By the way I weigh 110 ,it's the highest i have ever been because i try to live healthy.P.S.Do everythin toget exercise(climing stairs instead of elevator)and do this for atleast 3-4weeks and you will see the pounds melting off.Keep doing this and you will be quite slim! bye and good luck.:->
