hey every1!im 5'2 1/2 & weigh 135!i want 2 lose abot 20 pounds!if anyone could help me please do!!!!!!!i do soccer,swimming,andwater polo!but still cnt lose weight!I NEED HELP!

5-10 pounds is prob the good amount for you since you're not very tall. try working out with weights b/c that's a great way to burn fat. to anne, swimming is one of the best ways to exercise out there!! it exercises almost all of your muscles and it's cardio!!

135 sounds VERY VERY VERY reasonable if you want to look better try toning your muscles not loosing your fat. You can find muscle toning programs anywhere.

if you lose 20 pounds, youll be so skinny that youll be sick.......your at a healthy weight already, and if there is a little flab on your stomach, 5 pounds is all you need to lose, dont try any more than that though

first of all..your not fat..and you also play all those sports so your probably mostly muscle..Maybe you can't lose weight cuz your supposed to be that weight..but If I'm wrong I'd suggest cutting back on any like fatty sugary foods and drink a lot of water..eating a lot of veggies and fruits..the little bit of extra weight you have should drop off...kk good luck to you

swimming isn't the best exersize if you want to lose weight. it doesn't burn many calories. you should do some jogging or get an exersize tape for the days that you swim...
