11:44 AM May 27, 2004ok...well i am 13 years old i am 5'3 and i weigh 155 as of this morning.my goal weight is 120-125 my main focuses are my thighs and my stomach im starting to do like 250 crunches each night .. i try not to eat that much but my self controll is reli bad in the past 3-4 weeks i lost 20 lbs but i like starved myself .. i dont suggest that if anyone would like to be my "buddy" my screen name for AIM is EcK0 ShAdIi 0o9 and my e-mail address is xxbabigurl411xx@yahoo.com please help i actelly wanna look good this summer

ok look u can't lose "weight" on ur thighs or ur stomach u have to "tone" this areas and women have to have fat on their thighs because that's just the way God designed us. but u can lose weight and u prob will see a difference in ur size of ur stomach and maybe ur thighs, but it really depends on the amount of fat u eat. watch out for those foods that have a lot of fat and saturated fat, but a little fat on ur thigghs wouldn't hurt u. ~Annie
