hey everyone i weight 150 and im 5'4 and i duno its like my dream to become a modle both my sisters are and they call me fat all the time. tomorw im gonna start eating yogurt in the morning and for lunch chumbers and low fat dressing and dinner cabbage soup.. and i run alot already so im gonna do that and than im joing a kick boxing class does anythign think that i could lose like 35 pounds in 3 months ifi work really hhard ?this is my first time.. please someone comment i have no omne else to talk to.. please comment

just remember don't starve your self if you do you will gain a lot of more weight so just take your time and keep doing what you are doing ok...good luck kristan

Well, I'm guessing they're cucumbers that MODLES eat. Sigh...sorry...had to get that out as well. No offense. Anyway...concerning your diet...I think you need to eat more protein. Protein is actually easier to burn off than carbs. Also, if you eat so little, your metabolism slows down. Just stick to 1200 calories and you'll lose weight. Don't forget exercise. Good luck!
