I can't walk after school (safety reasons) my mum won't buy me exercise vid's (they mysteriously dissappeared one day and mum won't buy more) I have no weights or exercise equipment, all sport centre's are too far away (that's wat my mum says anyway) I was just wonderin what you guys suggest as some exercise! Thanks soo much! JJ

Exercise is good for everyone whether they're overweight or not. I understand about the nieghborhood thing. Mine isn't great, but I also have parents who could care less what I do. Anne had good tips though. Everyone can find ways to exercise.

Are you overweight? Cuz if your not maybe that's why your mom doesn't want you to exercise.

Walks are always good. walking is actually better then running. Save up your money and buy some new videos, and when you are done watching one, put it where nobody else knows where it is. Also, you and a group of friends could get together and car-pool over to a workout-gym. Your mom doesn't have to take you. Good luck!

push-ups, crunches, jogging in place and if you can get a jumprope, dancing to music- it's pretty simple to get exersize- use your imagination...
