I've been lifting a ton of weights lately, and i'm particularly focusing on my biceps and leg muscles (i horseback ride a lot), so i was wondering with the whole ideal weight thing, i'm 5'2 and 140lbs...and there is still a TON of fat hanging around my body..but what would my ideal weight be? considering i am starting to develop muscles nowand how does one get rid of a double chin? seriosuly, you can't even see my neck

there's this great book called toning for teens: the 20 minute workout that makes you look good and feel great. the workout in it is weight training and is designed to burn maximum fat without getting bulky musccles.
