Hi guys i'm like 5 foot 4 inches and i weigh 157 lbs. can you help me get some of my 45.5 extra fat lbs. off a lot of you have great success stories but i cant seem to get my fat off no matter what i do. i mean i run about 2 miles every tuesday and thursday because i play select basketball but that never seems to help. pleeeeaaaasssseee help me i am crying for help i dont want to be made fun of anymore.
