Hi... in March of this year I weighed 226... I am now down to 204!!! YAY! My mother, my sister, and I joined weight watchers in March.. and have been losing weight ever since!! I try to do Winsor Pilates at least 4 times a week, and we also joined Curves! To all the over weight people out there... especialy the girls... you don't have to be skinny to be beautiful, just be healthy! us "bigger" girls can be sexy too!! The right wieght for your friends, might not be the right weight for you.. so be as healthy as possible, and that will get you to where you want to be!!! :-D and congrats to all the people that have lost weight!!! keep up the good work!!!! - i'll post again when i get down to 185!!!! ;-)

to "meee" lol. I joined weight watchers, which has a points program where foods depending on dietary fiber,calories,and fat content give foods points. and you only have a certain amount of points in one day. for example an apple is 1 point. a chocolate chip cookie is 7 points. the amount of points you get in 1 day is determined on how much you weigh. for example when i started i got 30 points a day (2 extra points because i am a teenager and need the extra milk) if you want some more info on dieting, or anything else e-mail me at freak4HIM17@yahoo.com
