Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - K, so I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 6 pounds within the last couple weeks! YAY! How? I've just been eating fruits and veggies like they were candy, and I've been drinking SOO much water...I feel like I spend half my time in the bathroom. Also, I've walked on the tredmile every other day for a half hour, then on the stationary bike for 10 minutes...then I just do some stretches after. You guys, I feel AWESOME!
