ANNIE...Well will this plan work better...B-cereala and skim milk, L-2 pieces of whole wheat toast and fruit, S-low fat/calorie yogurt, and D-chicken breast and rice. will i still look "sickly"? I MUST lose 25 pounds in two and a half or 3 months!!!

You really need to cut out the rice cuz it alot of starch! I'm not trying to tell you what to do but you can eat anything you want just less and tons of water I did this and lost 10 pounds in two weeks

yea that sounds like a fine plan.. but cereal isn't really that healthy at all, so try to eat carbs or something like eggs. it gets u more energized. and try to replace the rice w/ something like a salad b/c it isn't good to eat it late at night. or if u don't like salads try um, something else. it really all up to u. good luck! email me if u need help 9which i doubt u will) @ dancergurl14@comcast.net ~annie

I thijnk that definitely you can lose the weight that you want to lose if you really eat that exact thing---and just stick to it until you finish losing the weight. Then once you are done you can start to eat normally and you wont overeat or anyting befcause you taught yourself how not to snack from going on this diet. The only thing i would change from the diet is the rice with dinner --you should exchange it with salad---because rice is not good to eat late at night. Everything else though seems good. You should always make the meals during the day with carbs and biggger and then your night meal make it small with no carbs! Good luck i know you can do it!!
