if i eat only 900-1000 calories a day, and exercise at least 45 min a day. will i loose like a lot of weight by the end of the summer?

Don't wear yourself out with the exercise, though. No pain no gain is a lie.

You need to eat more than 900-1000 calories a day to lose weight in a healthy way. But the exercise is a good idea.

Yes. Depending on your height 1000-1200 may be better though. Good luck!
