I'm finaly in the healthy weight range!!!! Yay! I'm 143.5It took me, I think 4 weeks to lose about 5 pounds. It does come off pretty slow. My goal is 135 for now. When I reach that, my new goal might be 125. I don't know. Love u all!!! Remember, it takes TIME (that took me sooooo long to figure out)

how do u lose all of the weight?? I mean do u use pills? Go to the gym? What! someboday please tell me what to do.I weigh 207 and im 5'3 and ijust joined the gym, and i want to see fast results!! HELP ME!!
