im soo happy today i weighed my self for like the first time in three months and i lost 20 pounds. but now im 160 and i still have to loose a lot of weight like 30-50 pounds. and now im going to camp and i want to try not to eat any carbs. but thats all their really is except salad and someone on the site said its not healthy to just eat salad and fruit. so what should i do?

no, such diets as the "low carb atkins" arent healthy. i suggest a vegan raw foods diet over atkins anyday.

well, for one thing, your not on a low carb diet. vegetables are very high in carbs.however, if this path seems to suit you, u suggest looking up info about the "raw foods diet" "vegan raw foddist" and such. best of luck, and always visit things like www.veggieboards.com and vegetarainteen.com
they both have ALOT of raw foods advice,. im sure ul love em

Hey you can have a few carbs but fruit u can't have it cus its full of carbs. You can eat as much meat and chesse as u want and water, and it works cus i lost ten pounds in a week doing it and my friends dad lost 40 pounds in like 2 months
So just eat less and watch what u eat and take care of yourself. I hope this helped.
