i wanna lose 20 pounds and 4-6 inches from my wiast i thought about eating ceral for breakfast, bagel for lunch, saltines for a snack(2) and summ normanl dinner.will this help me lose my tummy in 3 -4 mounths?

um, no. that's not a balanced diet. that's just carbs carbs carbs. not very much fiber and protien and way too much soduim. eat fruit for breakfast then what you wanted for lunch with maybe a veggie or some meat and have more fruit or veggies for a snack and then a healthy dinner with a lot of protien. to make sure you're eating well- make sure you get about 30g protien, 25g of fiber and less then 2000mg of sudium and a low amount of calories like 1200-1500 and only a couple hundred carbs. good luck and srink plenty of water and stay away from carbonated drinks and exersize regularly.

That's not a balanced diet. It's only carbs you got there. How about cereal with a little fruit in it. Bagels are generally high calorie. What about 1/2 along with an apple and a low fat turkey slice? Two saltines for a snack sounds fine, and if you limit whatever you eat for dinner it should work. Good luck.
