Hey you guys i need some advice. what kind of exercise is the best for loosing weight and making your muscules stronger. especially in the back end and the thighs/hips area thanks:)

Walking, the bottom parts of my legs are really strong now, but otherwise it just helps you loose weight in those other areas.
