My theory to be a healthy weight is just eat when your hungry. That's how your suposed to do it. Like don't eat unhealthy stuff but don't go hungry either cuz that slows your metablism. Any thoughts on this?

The only problem I see with that is that some people (like me) can't always tell when they're hungry or when they aren't, because they eat when they're sad or happy or whatever.
