Here's the thing. OK on Friday, and Saturday I did really good, and I only ate fruit and yogurt for breakfast, and for lunch I had a forth a peanutbutter sandwitch, and a bottle of water, and I weighed myself this morning (I haven't had anything), and i weigh exactly the same and oh yeah, I ran 1.5 miles too. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

hun it doesn't just take to days to lose weight you have to do it for longer then that*keep up the good work and soon you will lose the weight you want~lots of love xoxo~

Well you cant just lose weight over night. You have to work at it for a while. Trust me i know, if you stop eating or have bad eating habits you will lose weight but you WILL gain it right back. Deffinitly.

Keep it slow and steady. You never know, you may just be developing muscles instead at the moment, so just don't give up alright!
