I have a lot of fat on my thighs and on my chest. Does anyone have any good exercise tips to reduce the amount of fat cause I wanna tone a bit for summertime.

hey, i found this real gr8 thing and i swear it works, you can see results within 3 days i was so stoked! OPk, heres wot u do, ly on ur side, put your top leg strait up in the air and rotate it in a circle 15 times then turn your body over and ly on ur other side and repeat. I SWEAR IF U DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL SEE RESULTS WITHING 3 DAYS!
