i have my period so i cant do exercise and ma cramps r REALLY bad can any1 tell me how to loose weight when i cant exercise PS i weigh 275 and i am 4'9

i take adveil or telenol and also they have pamprin that really helps my friend took it when she had bad cramps that felt like she was gonna die and pamprin really helped

Exercise actually helps cramps. But being someone who gets cramps really bad when I had my period I know its hard to actually get off the couch and exercise! I suggest taking something to ease the pain...I use tylenol or midol or something similar. Then once your feeling better you might be more motivated to exercise and that'll help you lose weight and help with the pain even more...hope this helps. :) *ray*ray*

11 isn't that early i got mine when i was 12..well im 12 right now but still the earlies is like 9 or somethin....anyways i just sit on my couch on my back and put my legs against my chest and just sit there..it helps the pain for me!~hope i helped~lots of love xoxo~

i didn't get my period until last summer (when i was 13) buti am one of those i guess really lucky people b/c when i get my period, i don't have any cramps or bloating or anything. it's like a ride through the park. neways, that's b/c i eat organic food like all the time (my mom is like into organic stuff and that's why i'm not overweight-110). so i suggest u try to exercise b/c it really helps. like doing house chores prob. works the best ( i heard my friend tell me that really helps). so just try to exercise. it minimizes the amount of pain. ~annie

i know how you feel my cramps get pretty bad too, just lay on your back and move your legs up and down for a couple minuts its a good exersize also you can do squats if your cramps aren't too bad! hope i helped~lots of love xoxo~

U got it at 11? Woah, early, lucky, lol I waz like the last of all my friends. I read in Seventeen that exercise acctually helps cramps though.
