Hey guys, I've been reading ur stories and they are really inspiring, I just have 1 problem, i have absolutely no will power, i get to motivated to eat healthy, but once i see junk food or something, i just go for and then i feel really guilty later. Does anyone have any advice on how to gain more will power?

Sorry to double post but by something good to eat, I meant proper food that's good for you, not junk :)

The way I did it was, if ever there was something I really wanted like, chocolate, ice cream, anything bad. I would just think to myself "Am I ACTUALLY hungry?" and the answer would usually be no.if the answer is yes I wait half an hour and if I'm still hungry, I find something good to eat. And, when in doubt, drink water. it's good for you and fills you up. And if you just HAVE to have that sweet thing, eat a really really small portion, or, eat fruit. it's natually sweet.
