I am finally down to 215!!! Once I get down to 208 I will know that is the weight I was at 3 years ago, and the smallest I have been in 3 years!!! Once I get under 200 I will probably cry. Anyway, I am in desperate need to get motivation to start exercising. I got used to doing Advanced Taebo (which is 57 minutes long)and 8 Minute Abs before going to school at 4:45 in the morning and then again at night before going to bed. I didnt have a scale then and I was still eating crap nonstop but I could still notice a difference. But within a week I quit, not cause it was too hard but I got lazy. I figured by skipping one day i would make it up the next and so on. But I am so determined now because I am down from 249 to 215 in I think less then 3 months so now I see it is possible. I got my tongue pierced on Sunday and I have been eating baby food and beans with fat free hot dogs. I am going to try to start waking up every morning at 4:45 to do 8 Minute Abs and Advanced Taebo, and then do it at night before going to bed. You might think this is over doing it, but when i did this I felt so good and energized throughout eachday and started to look forward to exercising. My muscles were a little sore but they felt tight in a good way not painful. If I do this everyday or at least 5 times a week do you think I will be able to make it to my first goal of 200 by May 20th? PLEASE RESPOND!!! Also anybody else who does Taebo or the 8 Minute serious holla!!!

I really think that's overdoing it. The 2-Advanced Taebo exercises. I don't think it's good for your body because you don't give it any rest and the extra exercise may really not be beneficial. I would do the 8minute abs and the advanced workout in the morning like you've been doing and then just the 8 minute ab thing at night. Which is still very good. And major props on getting up so early to exercise! That shows a lot of motivation. Very nice=) Good luck! I recently started walking to prepare my legs for running. I get anxious sometimes because I want to just start running, but I know that I need to walk in order to stregthen my legs first, otherwise I'll be so exhausted and will give up easily. So take it slow! You should be able to reach your goal, but I wouldn't make a date like that or you will set yourself up for disappointment. I would aim for trying your best to get there by that day, but not that much pressure, otherwise you may be sad if you don't. ;-) Good luck!
