i am 5 5 and weigh 145 i wanna get to areound 115..so i need to lose 30 pounds. if i eat low fat and 1000-1200 calories a day do u think i can do this in 3 months???

Hey girl... that's a really low weight. I'm 5'6" and 123 pounds and my friends call me a stick and my dad threatens to take me to a doctor if I lose any more weight (I used to be 155). I think you should try a little higher weight because no one wants to look anorexic (it's just nasty).

Don't go that low! Use this system, it's really good. For every inch you are over five feet add 5 pounds to one hundred (if you are under five feet, subtract 5 pounds for every insh you're under). So, if your 5 feet, you should be 100 pounds. In your case, you should be about 125, maybe even more depending on your body's frame. I would try to aim for aboout 125-135 by around the end of they year because if you mess up, you can have a realistic goal. I know from experience that there are a lot of food temptations in the summer. Besides, if you have good will power, you might even get done before your goal and you can feel really good about yourself! I know God can help you through this rough time! I hope I helped!

cuz my friends are like 5'3 and 104 lbs...they arent anorexic they look good but w.e

Ok there is one problem: 115 is way not enough for 5'5"! you dont really need to lose weight.
