i need to get exersizes for my legs everyone always cares abt there stomach and don't get me wrong i do but me legs are huge and i can tuck my stomach in!!! please help me thx bunches!! xoxo

do bycicals (lay on back, lift legs up, and motion them like ur riding a bike) or u can ride a real bike. dont walk in place, but go walking in a stress-less environment. that helps ur whole body, and mainly ur legs. don't sit for 2 long a period of time. move ur legs. i hope i helped a lil. :-D
