So anyway...I messed up again today so I will definately have to start again tomorrow and this time for real b/c I have actually made up my mind and stuff. Here's my plan-B=2 pieces wheat toastL=Some veggies from the school and some fruit tooS=maybe some fat free yogurtDinner=Dunno-we are having McDonalds...i am thinking i will get a grilled chicken sandwhich w/o mayo and stuff and just eat the chicken and have a side salad with fat free dressing...After that i am not going to eat anything which might be hard b/c my mom is having a party. I am going to exercise a bunch too. Wish me luck b/c i am going to need it!! :)

Mcdonalds is evil!!! lol! (but so damned irresistable) but if u eat the salad and just the chicken or watever I think u'll be OK! Good Luck for not eating at the party! Just have a bottle or glass of water in your hand all the time. Good Luck, JessJess

I thought that McDonalds have a new range of chicken salads? they do here in the UK.
