hey here is ma problem, i dont eat breakfast and i only eat like one peice of hard rye bread. ad then when i get hom liek i eat two peices of bread and like today i had that then two waffles, and then dinner! how can i stop myself from eating so much snack!? Thats is wat makes em the way i am, if i didnt eat so much i wouldnt need or to loose weight, or think i do ya know? please help me! xxx

eat a healthy breakfast with alot of fibre and that should take you through till lunch and i think you should try eating more fruit. do u exercise? thats just as if not more important than the food you eat. hope it all goes well xxx

Lisha, i think ur eating too many carbs that's why u keep eating more. carbs are like candy they're so addictive and its like once u start u can't stop. it's usually good to eat some carbs in the morning, but u should add some protein and dairy into ur meals. hope this helped! also add some veggies! ~annie

to start it don't sound like u r eatin much at all but i fink the problem is that wen u dont eat breakfast, your body thinks it is starving itself so it then converts the next things u eat into fat. my advice eat a healthy breakfast. it will also fill u up 4 the rest of the day. hope this helpsxxxxxxxx
