hey guys..remember when I was 147..I'm 144 now so I'm back on track. I wish it could come off faster but I just have to be patient. My trainer comes again today for the 2nd time. I'm still sore from my first workout so I know It's working. I ate a lot this morning..I don't know why.. I ate enough for the whole day probably. I'm not going to let that stop me though..I'm just going to do my work out and do my homeschooling work..and stay active the rest of the day. I don't think I should eat the rest of today ..cuz I'm stuffed right now and feel really guilty about before. I think I'm doing a good job now and I have a little confidence..I've already lost 3 pounds..4 to go until I'm 140 which still isn't good but I know I'll be closer to my goal of 115..with my short self (5'1") kk guys..I'll need all the support I can get..and I'm here for support to if you need me..I'll try to do whatever I can. Chels, you know I'm 140...I gained two pounds in three days, which I wasn't happy about. I have been trying to get back on track...it isn't going the best! I really should try to be more like you..although I can't get a personal trainer to come to my house!! You also know..that I will loves ya no matter what and will never leave you to cope with your pitfalls alone! Good job with the trainer and everything, you're on your way to getting fit! And dont worry about eating too much today. Because of the big workout, your metabolism probably sped up. Your body is telling you to eat more. Eventually, you'll get used to the change, and you'll control your eating.
