I have been trying to lose weight since like 5th grade, and I haven't lost anything, in fact I weigh 190 pounds now and my short term goal is to be 160 pounds and my long term goal is to be 145 pounds. NO NO NO you do not throw up after every meal whoever that was who gave u that tip is really stupid. That will become an addiction and its not healthy for you. Try going on a low carb diet and exercise reagularly (sry cant spell) Good luck!

Try throwing up after every meal! trust me it works!
