hey y'all! i haven't been here in almost a month. But anyways do you all think that this eating plan will work: For breakfast 1 starch (usually cereal) 1 dairy and 1 lean protein and usually a green tea. Then for lunch a salad, 2 tablespoons fat-free dressing, 2 oz lean protein, and 1 piece of fruit. For afternoon snack, 1 dairy and 1/2 a starch. And then for dinner 1 lean protein, 2 veggetables and maybe 1 starchy veggetables. Then for my snack at night a piece of fruit. Does that sound like to much to lose weight on or is it balanced enough? Also i want to make cheering, do you think that i could at 165 lbs.? do I got a chance? lol. please respond, much luv ~chelsea~

lol I'm the other Chelsea..I guess you got us confused. I weigh 145 and I'm 5'1".. I'd like to meet the other Chelsea though..lol.And to this Chelsea..I definetly think you can lose on that plan. I think you should do it just the way you said and take annie's advice on the exersize cuz It will help. chelsea, i think that sounds like a reasonable plan.... but didn't u say that u're trying to eat 1200 calories? cauze that plan may sound sorta more than 1200 calories. just put in exercise atleast 30 min to 1 hr a day and ur all set. one thing though, i thought u weighted 145 not 165?
