i wnayt to know if any one here whent on the atkins diet and if it really works and how much u lost. please help love ya

PLus its just setting you up for complications later on in life because you are clogging all your arteries. Atkins is really unhealthy for kids and teens because it cuts out on fruits and grains which are really importantt ot healythy growth. Try something other than Atkins.
