I was wondering if you think that if i eat 600 calories a day and exersize(burn about 500) and do that for about three weeks straight ---workout 5 times a week---will i lose 10 pounds? I erally just need to lose 10 pounds but i never motivate myself to do it. I weigh 130 and i am 5'5 i want to at least be at 120 by mid-may-----is this an easy task?

Would also feel very ill too!!!!! Eat a healthy diet and just increase exercise. Don't over do things!! You will get result, it may take time but anything that takes time is worth it!!! Don't be in such a rush, slow down! 600kcals a day isn't healthy, it takes away lean body tissue when doing that diet. Eating healthy,and exercising helps to takes away body fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! take care hun. krystle

kk girly..i know you can lose the 10 pounds definetly..but the way your planning to do it will ruin your motabolism and its just not the way to do it. first of all how about eating 1200 calories..if you eat below that your motabolism slows down immediately..and exersize..don't burn 500 calories..just 100 or 150. Believe me you'll be suprized how fast the weight will come off..the only reason I'm fat is beacause I can't even stick to that..but I'm working on it. I know it will work. Please do it the way I said instead of the 600 calories a day/ burn 500 of um..thats going to ruin your motabolism and get you obbsessed with your weight. Please believe me..I'm here to talk if you need me..Chels
