Hey everyone! I have a diet plan that I think will work for me and maybe you all too. Okay I've had been doing well with low portions and everything and then I started to get closer like 2 pounds to my ideal goal and with in the last 10 or so pounds i started to go a few days and pig out. Well I think it was because I had it in my mind it was okay and what not and I hadn't had that food in a while and i thought i never was going to have it again or something like that...or i was just plain hungry and couldn't stop eating it..i always seem to feel obligated(sp?) to finish what is on my plate. Anyway, I found a diet plan for me that I lose about a pound a day anyway by a couple of days i'm straving but whatever so i decided that i would go for four days on my diet....well actually three because the night of the fourth i will eat a big meal...of course that's if i'm hungry. Then, usually on average, i gain about two pounds or so. Then by the end of the week it'll look like i lost weight when really i lost and gain....i also know that i would be weighing myself like almost daily and i know it's bad but well i dunno if you have any better suggestions i would gladly take them but this will seem to work for me and help my pigging out problem also i'll know that in a few days i can eat alot if i want to.

I've been in your shoes, you don't want to make throwing up a habit. It makes your heart go weaker every time and is no good. When you get straving, eat fruit and try to fill upon that!!! Don't worry about gaining a little weight back, it will slowly go down over time. It also sounds like you weighting yourself everyday, that gives you the wrong information because your weight will go up and down all the time. Your best bet is to only step on the scales once a week at the same time. And you should only aim to do five days of exercise a week. Your body has to rest and can't work all the time. Don't do any more than an hour a day, because you'll just over do it. Take your time, because the results will be even more worthwild!!!!!!!!!! Take care babe, and if you need to vent I'll listern.
