Hey im 14 and im 6ft..im 183 lbs..it might not seem like im overweight for a boy but im suppose to be around 166 lbs and that is my long term goal..does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose some weight on an easy diet..thanks for everyones help...please reply

ok Sean a good thing to do is just cut what you eat in half so once your used to it your not as hungry you might be eating too much of the bad food like we all do try to eat a salad a day or some fruit with the following colours reds, greens and orange so you get all the nutrients whats good about this is you can have say redpeppers in your pasta or letice as part of your side salad and an orange for a snack during the day includ all these colours at least once a day in your diet and cut the amount you eat in half.
you could maybe buy some green tea aswell it doesn't taste fantastic but it boosts your motabilism so you have more energy to exercise and lose weight hope this helps ya.
