Hey,
I am over weight too, but to me i am not extremly over weight, but my parents make it a chore of mine now to do 100 sit-ups aday or no allowence. I wanna loose weight but its hard i eat just because adn ic an eat all i want i hardly ever feel hungary or full i just eat, and after reading all that stuff about going blind. I never want that to happen or get diabeties i wanna be healthy. So I offically started my diet today! I did 100 sit-ups road my bike a little now i need to do something else. But i want some one to help me coach my self! My life long goal is to find pants easly. You see I am only 5'1 and weight 154pds. So if anyone wants to help (I can help you too thats fine)! try pilates. thier a mix of arobics and yoga.

I started doing sit ups not to long ago. Doing 100 sit ups, then stopping and taking a break then going back and doing 100 more. Its hard but after awhile it gets easier. I tried to do them yesterday, but every time I'd start my dog would come and lay on me. LOL. good luck to you. And remember to email me! I'll help in any way I can!
