I'm so frustrated with myself right now. I had binged and I am 143.5..well thats what It said this morning. I ran a mile and a 1/2 today..and I walked two miles. I really want to be 115..my goal was 110 but then I dicided I'd rather have a little bit of a shape to me. I'm only 5'1" by the way. I just don't know how the heck im gonna do this. I remember someone saying the lost like 11 pounds by eating all fruits and veggies..and It came off super fast. I need to do something that will give me fast results or I probably won't stick to it. I'm getting a trainer on the 26th so that will help but I would like to get started now. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much guys.

The fruits and veggies diet you are probably thinking of is the Negative Calorie Diet. If you eat only Negative Calorie Approved foods, you can loose up to 1-2 pounds daily! The only thing is, it isn't that easy to keep the weight off. I would only do this for I few days just to give me a positive start and then switch over to another diet such as Slimfast, Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc. The Negative Calorie foods are as follows...
Vegetables:
Artichokes
Asparagus
Green beans
String beans
Beets
Beet greens
Broccoli
Brussels sprouts
Cabbage
Chinese cabbage

Shallots
Sorrel
Spinach
---
Fruits:

For fast results, you could try Atkins. But just to warn you, once you stop doing it, you'll gain ALL the weight back and MORE! That's what happened to me.
For more long lasting results, why don't you try slimfast? I did that in the past, and it worked well. But, the weight comes off slowly. But hey, at least you won't gain it all back in a week!
Good luck!
