I am overweight, but I am trying to lose weight and I have already lost 4 pounds. But anytime I get a new exercise tape I get bored. Does anybody else have this problem?

I TOTALLY do. I jump rope now. Try doing exercise outside in the early morning (about 6 am) when the world is quiet and pretty.

hey i tried the videos and they are really boring.
so i found a solution instead i get a book to work out with weights and I listen to music. But I get bored of music too- lol when I cant dance to it, so what I do is get some tapes of books that I want tot read, or for school, and while I work out I listen to the book. It really good and works well, cuz then the next day you’ll wanna work out so you can listen to the rest of the story! Try it!! Good luck!

I get bpred easly to and but i do liek to jog but none of my friends will jog with me and i don'tw anna go by myself! Any tips because excercise video's i don;t think do enough for me!
