okay im only 11 and I weigh 185 pounds and im 5'4 I have many friends but they all talk behind m y back which is what I just found about how fat I am im so tired of it I tryed to diet programs and everything! I dont know what to do anymore I cant help me self maybe you could help me maybe mentor me lol or give me good tips or even give me some sites please reply or you can im me my screen name is dollname please help! :) P.S. my goal is 120lbs!

Hey I am fat and no one tease's me but i know they talk about me behind my back and to me that hurts more! I agree I wish there was just someone I coudl talk to easly that woudl help me remember to loose weight! When I was your age I had the same problem. I tried everything and nothing worked. The things taht worked for me is get an exercise routine that you can do everyday without getting bored of. Also don't do the same thing over for weeks because your body gets used to the same exercise so try to have a different exercise every 2 to 3 weeks. Also there are calorie calculators on the internet that will tell you how many calories you need to cut to lose weight. Lastly try to cut back on snack foods like potato chips , sweets, and things like that. Pick up Fitness magazine or any exercise magazine they are filled with facts and ways to lose weight. I hope you lose those those pounds and I hope my info helped.

Well eventhough Tae Bo was mentioned before... that works great for me. Just remember... you have to have alot of strengh and determination. It took me a long time to build up mine, and it wasnt easy. Also, try to do 50 crunches, and 50 "butt raises" Its where you lie on your back with your hands to your side, and put your legs at a 90 degree angle with your body (legs sticking straight up in the air) and you lift your butt off the ground.
