hey, i have ta lose 30 lbs by june. is that possible. my bmI is 30.8 and i am obeast. i think i will stop eating. or eat like 100 calories a day. or 10 calories. i am so confused. i need help! anyone that can help email me at lilash136@hotmail.com or aim me at fizzolovesme. i am alway's on and i am on now! so please help me!

Don't even think about starving yourself. It's painful, it's unhealthy, and it won't last, so your efforts will be wasted. The keys to losing weight are time and control. It takes several months to lose 20 pounds and not gain it back, and it also requires you to watch what you eat and exercize. But the neat thing about the more sensible diet plan is it doesn't hurt. I've tried to fast way too many times, only to be completely unproductive in other parts of my life because I feel like passing out from low blood sugar. You can eat 1400 calories per day and still be losing weight. Fractions of a pound per day, but those add up. I am also trying to lose weight before june (my birthday) and ive been working on it for 3 weeks and have lost about 5 pounds. But I eat a lot, and I feel healthier, which really is the most important thing.

no. don't do it that way! just cut down to 1200 calories a day and then exersize. trust me- you'll lose a lot just stick with it!

OKay, WHOA! You are heading to extremes. You can't live on 10 or even 100 calories. Honey, you need to stick to a reasonable diet like 1000 calories and only 25 grams of fat per day. Trust me, your body needs calories. A calorie is a unit of measure for ENERGY. If you don't consume enough of them your body has to go into starvation mode and it doesn't burn fat, it burns important tissue like muscle. Drink plenty of water and cut back on sweets. Its spring so the weather is nicer so go out and exercise. Eat smaller portions also. Just don't starve yourself and quit eating...it doesn't do your body any good.
