How well does walking do??? I'm 225 and am giving up soda and junk food. If I walk 90min every week will I lose weight??? I don't do any other exercise. Should I??? If so what should I do??? Thanks so much!!!

Ash!!! lol! I said every week, not day!!! OMG i would die if I did 90 min every day!!!

90 mins is good- experts recommend 30 min excercize 3 times a week, so make sure you space it out, but if you eat healthy you should see results.

90 minutes. that is a hour and 30 minutes. that is over doing it. start out a little like 20 min then gradually build yourself up. and that is good that you cut out soda and junk food and Candy!

make sure you're not eating too many calories and don' just stroll, make sure it's a brisk walk and i think you'll definately lose weight...
