to clear up some myths about weight loss that are mentioned here pretty regularly, i got this off of www.goaskalice.com which is a great website and there's also a book i'm reading...calorie consumption at different times of day- eating at night?One aspect of weight management that is vital to understand is that we gain and lose weight over periods of time and weeks, months, years and not hour by hour. hey girl..I gained It all back to 145..which was depressing..but I also lost it again.well most of it..I'm 143.5 again..which is good. I didn't do very good on eating at all..I mean..the first time I lost the weight I ate 1500 a day..which was good..but this time I ate a lot..I know it was over 2000 but I exersized a lot. lol. ashley- you sound really stupid. of course i copy and pasted it. and to chelsea, that's very true. everyone's different and our bodies all digest differently. oh and back to ashley, you can go into the site www.goaskalic.com and find where i copy and pasted it if youi feel like being that absolutely ridiculus....

um- copy and paste really doesn't take more then a minute. if you read the beginning then you'd see that i said i got that off of a site. and also to chelsea- i trust where i got this news from and my own experience. but thanks...

well actually..If you eat your goodies in the morning your motabolism will spead up and you wont gain weight..trust me. sometimes I'll eat so much during the day its unbelieveable but I eat it in the morning and go on like nothing happened and have fun with friends and stay active..i actually lose. I also don't deprive myself of what I want cuz I'll binge later. i know what your saying though. So far I've lost 2 pounds..which isn't that much but for me it's great. I'm going to take it slow and take it one pound at a time.
