hi everyone i did exercises yesterday for 30minutes. but to telll the truth today i ate no breakfast nor lunch. the only thang i ate was a half of pack of startburst. the baddest thing was that when i got home i i beigned all da way. froma piece of cake, bowl of cereal sandwhich, chips, soda, fun cake, 2 poptarts and juice was this really bad in tha calories or das that help me to make up for what i didnt eat please tell me. or email me at shirley07_1@hotmail.com

that's really bad in the calories. you should eat regualerly so you don't slow down your metabolism and so you don't binge. also- that didn't sound nutritious at all, try getting some veggies and fruits and protien into today's diet...

dont skip meals it just makes u more hungery and yes u did over eat
