Hey guys, from the start of trying my best to lose weight i have lost 24 pounds. Right now i feel like i am at a plateau. I exercise alot but i just can't seem to eat right. Also does drinking alot of water really help lose weight? anyone have any advice for me? food wise, exercise wise, anything. (ooh i weigh 205) i wanna get down to 180 by august if possible! so anyone with advice please help me :)

yes drinking lots of water 8 cups a day dose help u lose weight and keep it up eat lots of veggies and fruits and avoid all the junk fook u can
